What kind of dipping sauce was this for deep fried shrimp?
I used to go to a Chinese restaurant, I got deep fried shrimp. It came with two dipping sauces, one was like a mustard type, and the other was catsup/hot chili sauce, it wasn’t real hot. What would they have been called? I am more interested in the catsup/chili sauce type. I can’t seem to find anything like it, can you help? Thank you!

What should I feed my sunfish?
I just got a pet sunfish (it might be a perch, but as it’s still a minnow, I am not sure). I have some leftover dried shrimp fish food. will it eat that type? i havent been able to tell if it has eaten anything yet, and I dont want it to starve. Thanks!
What type of bottom feeder should I get for my tank?
I was hoping to add a new bottom feeder to my tank since my last one died a few days ago. I have a 12 gallon freshwater tank with 2 baby zebra danios and 1 semi-aggressive dalmation molly, so I want a hardy fish/organism who can stand up to bullies and not super easy food (since it has to go through my top fish to get to the bottom of the tank). I have some ideas of the fish/organisms I would want, but I want your suggestions before I make my final decision.
Otocinclus (max 2″)
Cory Catfish (max 3-4″) (1-2 fish) (peppered small cory/green small cory/green large cory)
Albino Cory Catfish (max 3″) (1-2 fish)
Mystery snail (max 2″)
Ghost shrimp (max 1″)
Ok, my last fish died because it got stuck under a rock. 
Kinda sad really. My tank is about 8 months old and doing well at the moment with monthly water changes and a great filter from Marineland. I have currently had peppered cory catfish before so that would be my first choice.
Oh, and the max thing was from the online petsmart store, just wanted to say that’s all.

What type of salt for my baby shrimp? How do I clean the tank?
I have about 10 or 15 baby shrimp. What type of salt do I need for them? Freshwater salt(API) or Marine salt? Or does it not matter? And how do I clean their tank without sucking them up? I heard they are attracted to light. Can I take a flashlight and shine it at one end and they will follow it?
oh! Im sorry! I totally forgot to mention they are ghost shrimp! I bought a female shrimp and it was pregnant. then one day I found the baby ghost shrimp.
