how do I heat pre cooked, pre packaged refridgerated shrimp?

My boyfriend bought shrimp today that was already steamed and then cooled and packaged at the Grocery store in the refrigerated section of the seafood dept. I am now wondering how to heat and use this shrimp as I have only ever used raw shrimp.
P.S. This shrimp is not frozen. It is packaged like fresh hambuger or chicken would be and is sitting in the fridge. It has simply been steamed already.

Is it possible for a frozen crayfish to return to life?

I regularly feed my aquatic turtles, mostly red-eared sliders, frozen meals consisting of freshwater shrimp, crayfish (crawdads), and other assorted items. I keep track of anything and everything I release in the tank but today I noticed a crayfish, a decently sized crayfish, wandering about the tank. I know for a fact I have not released any LIVE crayfish into the tank, only frozen, often dismembered, crayfish as food.

My question is, is it possible that one of these frozen crayfish returned to life having survived months in a freezer? I have attempted to find the survivability conditions of crayfish but have not found any information relating to this event.

Any information regarding this question would be appreciated.

Also, I have named the crayfish “Lucky” but the turtles still see him as food.

freshwater eels?

I was just given a fish tank today with some goldfish and some eels. The eels are about 7 inches long and are about 3/4 inch tall. They are brown and their tail fins are broad. I know for a fact that they aren’t tire tracks or spiny eels. They also have whiskers (six that go around their mouth) and they sometimes suck on the side of the tank. They are moderately aggressive when fed brine shrimp, but for the most part are mild mannered and stick together.

Any ideas of what they may be?

Thanks!!
