I looked in my freshwater fish tank containing 2 black-skirted tetras, 2 albino sail fin mollys, 2 ghost shrimp and 1 neon tetra, and i noticed around one of my plants inside it these small white glue-like drops. none of these had any certain form, more like someone dropped small drops of glue in the tank. there are quite a few of these thing, all spread out along the plant. im guessing they are eggs from one of the fish, but to my knowledge both the tetras and the mollys are live birthing fish. any clues? O.o
No snails in the tank =p

I’m setting up a planted tank with high lighting and Co2 and I was wondering where I could go in abu dhabi or Dubai to find a good assortment of aquatic plants; most of the stores I have visited only seem to carry very limited types (java fern and maybe anubias). I am also seeking Amazonian tetras such as cardinals and rummynoses as well as any sort of freshwater shrimp. Thanks!
If online please list any websites you are familiar with that ship to UAE
Are there any freshwater fish that are as colorful as saltwater fish that would be adiquate? Also what about little shrimp etc.?

I had three lemon tetras in a recently cycled tank. My readings all looked great, so, a week ago, I added five blue tetras. Instant Ich in three of the five blues. So I slowly turned up the heat and added salt, which has killed my plants, but the fish seem to be doing well. No more new cases of Ich; only one fish still has the spots. I would really rather not use medications if I can avoid it, as I keep freshwater shrimp. (I hadn’t added them to this tank yet because it had finished cycling too recently, but I would like to down the road.)
When I discovered the ich in the tank, I immediately got paranoid and turned to the tank I had seeded it from. I was sure I saw a couple of white spots, so I turned up the heat and started adding salt. The next morning I couldn’t find more than one fish with even the possibility of a spot. So I am not at all certain that there is ich in the second tank, but I am not sure how to determine if the tank is infected after all.
Question should read : Heat and Salt, but it won’t let me edit it for some reason
