How do you eat shrimp at a restaurant?

Usually when I eat pasta with shrimp in it during informal occations I pick up the shrimp and pull the meat out of the tail. I went on a date at a nice restaurant and realized I probably shouldn’t just pick up the shrimp with my hands. Is there a proper way to do this without looking like a slob?

Can guppies and long armed freshwater shrimps stay together ?

I have a 100 gallon tank with 24 guppies and i also have 3 long armed freshwater shrimps about 4-6 cm long ( head to tail , not including arms)
can they live with each other or will the shrimps eat my guppies.
( this answer is only for b c ) i did not use windex or any chemical , i just cleaned the tank with salt and a sponge ( i learned it at ” How clean is your house” ) it makes the tank extra clean and does not contain any chemicals that harms the fish. :D
