Hello all. I have a 60 gallon freshwater tank. It has been running for almost a year so it is a mature tank. I am very experianced in keeping fish but I can’t figure something out. I religiously do my water changes 1 week to everyother week and my water tests ALWAYS are at 0. (Nitrates, nitrites, ammonia). Well in the past week or so I have lost 2 swordtails, a sunbelly, and a bamboo shrimp.I still have 5 neon tetras, 4 black neons, 2 blue rams, 1 molly, 2 angelfish, 1 spotted puffer, 2 tuxedo fish,1 swordtail, 3 bamboo shrimp, 3 mystery snails, and 3 bettas. They all seem healthy, are all eating well, and there’s no sign of disease. My tank is as clean as a tank can get so why all the sudden deaths? Or is it just a coincidence and those that passed had reached the age that death was upon them? Pls let me know bc I’m getting upset and I don’t want some of my rarer fish to pass away if there’s something I can do about it. Thx
