Wondering if I can get freshwater shrimps for my tank? I live in NZ
I know their are little wild freshwater shrimp in lakes and streams etc, but do any pet shops here sell aquarium ones?

Marine Ich curing with increased water temperature?
When i had my freshwater aquarium, i had success curing ich by increasing my water temp to 30 degrees Celsius. i have now changed to marine, and my clownfish has marine ich. my tank has no corals. just fish and shrimps.
MY question is will i be able to use the same method- i don’t really want to add any chemicals to my tank, and the readily available treatments contain some form of copper E.g malachite green which are toxic to invertebrates. or are there any more treatments that are “chemical free”?
