I workout 2 times a day and do weights 1 hr and cardio 1/2 hr and steam room 20 minutes twice a day and I eat fruits, shrimp, some veggies, beans, boneless skinless chicken breast occasionally, no sweets, no juice, no soda, and drink about a gallon of water everday and I don’t eat past 7pm. My calorie intake is about 1200 per day. I used to be at 4000 per day, I have been doing this for 6 weeks now and have only lost 1 pound. Please help.
it is mainly muscle but i do have extra fat on my stomach and need to lose 23 pounds to be eligible to join the air force. When i would use protein shakes I would gain weight and also feel bloated and constipated
