elling rare green puffer fish. These green spotted puffer fish are lovely aquatic pets. Somewhat like chameleon, they are able to change its colours depending on its mood, though they stay metallic green most of the time. The Spotted Green Puffer is a very adorable little fish. It is very playful, active, and curious making it a joy to watch. It has a great personality as well and will come to recognize its owner, getting excited when it sees you. Caution: Will puff up like a ball when in great stress! These fish can grow up to 17cm. They are now at about 3cm in length. Lifespan: 10 years. If taken care properly, can live up to 15 years. They can live in freshwater or brackish water. Green spotted puffer fish are omnivores, but they do tend to love to hunt for small pond snails. As you can see from the video, I have 2 of these adorable fishes living together harmoniously with other fishes such as neon tetra, green tiger barb, glass fish, apple snail, pleco, dragon fish, dwarf puffer and atya shrimp. I feed them all mostly with tubifex worms (cheap and they love it!), blood worms, occasional sinking pallets for tropical fish and also pond snails. Location in Subang Jaya. What should I name my pleco?

My son has named my electric blue crayfish “Pinchy” and my figure8 puffer “8-ball”….what should I name my pleco? I also have a billion ghost shrimp and tetras swimming around….any cool names for those?
No…not all the fish are in the same aquarium – before you start yelling at me for having them in the wrong aquatic environments!

Can ghost shrimps live in saltwater?

My green spotted puffer loves ghost shrimp. I used to feed them to him when he tank was freshwater, and even when I upgraded to brackish water. I would just buy 50 of them and let them run all around till he ate them. Took him about a week or two to eat them all and i would not have to feed him. I was wondering though since he is now in saltwater if I put ghost shrimp in will they live? I would rather just dump a bunch in and let him have his fun, but if the saltwater will kill them, I will need to house them separately and only add them when I know he will eat them. I do not mind acclimating them if I need to. SO what do you think? Are ghost shrimp able to survive in saltwater?

How do I get rid of this algae in my freshwater tank?

Its stringy, and it sticks up straight. There is alot of it. All i have in there is a dwarf puffer and two ghost shrimp. It’s a ten gallon. How can i get this out on my own without having to go out and buy anything? Is there anyway I can permanently remove it? Should I try another otocinclus help? I’ve had one before and it died almost instantly after I introduced it into the tank. Thanks
