Do you like cold deli salads?

Such as potato salad, shrimp salad, cole slaw, broccoli salad,etc… I don’t know why but it seems like they use almost the same dressing on them for me. And when I eat it…it tastes good but afterwards the taste in my mouth makes me want to puke! ILL! Does it make you sick or do you have a favorite?

Does anyone have a good recipe for homemade mustard?

My son (11) loves to cook. He usually cooks lobster, shrimp concoctions, and meat and potato dishes. He noticed that there are not many ingredients in a jar of conventional store-bought mustard and decided he would like to try making some himself. Please post the recipe , including all the ingredients, quantities, and mixing/heating tricks that you might use. Also, please suggest dishes that this mustard tastes best with. Thanks so much. I’m looking forward to seeing how this turns out and to sampling the final product!
