ABOUT MY RED EAR SLIDER ?

i have a red ear slider hes about 4 inches and ive had him for about a year ive been feeding him omega one freshwater flakes for tropical fish that the pet store said to feed him and he loves dried shrimp but im worried about his diet he doesnt want to eat the turtle sticks or pellets he doesnt eat vegetables or fruits i tried alot of things and it seems like the pellets and sticks are the healthiest thing to give him he isnt that big is that y hes not eating alot of the foods does any one have suggestions on feeding him healthy food
also he doesnt like to eat in a separate tank so i have to clean his tank out alot and sometimes i cant do it all the time and the water gets cloudy and his shell is kinda of yellow is this because of the cloudy water
it almost looks like he cant chew the pellets he puts them in his mouth and spits the back even after i break them up

I have a freshwater shrimp in my tank, what does it eat?

The pet store had it labelled as a Brown Spotted Shrimp. Cant find such a creature on the web.
He seems to be doing well, I guess.

But I was wondering what he eats.
He put his front legs up and they have “fans” on them and he looks like hes trying to catch stuff, then he puts them in his mouth.but I never see anything on them.

I have some other fish. Does he eat algae, fish food particles, what? I dont want him to starve, hes been “fanning” alot more than usual.
Yes I know I could call the pet store but I wanted to ask here.

African Dwarf Frogs Feeding?

I just got two African Dwarf Frogs today and the salesperson at the pet store gave me bottom feeder shrimp pellets and Omega One freshwater fish flakes. I understand they eat bloodworms and brineshrimp but is this appropriate to feed them? I put some in the tank today (2 pellets and a couple flakes) and they swam right over them. I know they are getting used to their new home, but will they eat the food? And how long should I wait before taking any uneaten food out of the tank?

As of right now I am unable to keep anything frozen, but would reptomin pellets work?
And the sales person at the petstore told me to feed them twice a day. But I have also heard only 3-4 times a week. Which one?
They have yet to eat. I got them on Sunday afternoon. I went out an got Reptomin and put a couple of small pieces in there today and yesterday. Yesterday one of the frogs put it in his mouth and spit it back out. Any more advice? I also ordered aquatic frog food online. It should be here in a couple days

Can I use small aquarium snails in my bamboo vase to eat algae?

I have a medium-sized vase with about 10 pieces of lucky bamboo in water, with gravel about halfway up. The roots extend all the way through the gravel to the bottom of the vase. The sides of the vase are now covered in algae, even though I change the water regularly. I don’t think it’s a huge problem, but I’m wondering if I buy a handful of small freshwater snails at the local pet-store, if they’ll be able to survive in that kind of space, and whether they will eat the algae. Should I buy snails or small shrimp? Can I change the water and put in fresh cold water without killing them?
