I love Asian food. I just feel real ignorant at times when I don’t know what the differences are; for example, Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Mandarin etc… Like are some more veggies versus sauces or different spices. Like for instance I went to a Vietnamese resturant and had General Tso’s Chicken, then I went to another restuarant and it was a Chinese joint and I had General Tso’s Shrimp. I would just like to know the cooking differences and someone could break it down for me I will give you the 10 POINTS tomorrow!!!!
