I have a ten gallon tank with a betta, 8 glofish, and 3 shrimp. I want to add some guppies, but I saw that they need aquarium salt added. Can I just put the guppies in without adding the salt or will the salt kill my other fish?

I’m thinking of getting a 30-50 gallon tank and I’m wondering which freshwater fish and invertebrates would really amaze people. No cichlids or goldfish. I am very experienced.
Possible choices:
red tail sharks
gourami
hatchet
discus
I currently have a 10 gallon tank w/ 5 neon tetras, 1 black skirt tetra, 1 ghost shrimp
If you had this tank what would you put in it?

I am getting a 5 gallon tank, but don’t know what fish to put in there. I am thinking of honey gouramis, but I’m not sure if I should or not…. Just please give me anything other than bettas, shrimps, snails, and white clouds. I’ve had them before and they are NOT what I’m looking for. I like tropical freshwater fish not coldwater or saltwater fish. I already own 2 neons, 3 glowlights, 2 harlequin rasboras, 2 sunset coral dwarf platy, 2 chinese algae eaters, and 3 fancy guppies; 1 male 2 female. If you can give me some links so I can research these fish please let me know and I thank you for all your time and effort you put in these answers! Thank you and you guys rock!

I set up a 75 gallon tank and right now the only fish in it are a Black Ghost Knife Fish and 3 Bala Sharks. More to come shortly. But the Balas don’t seem to be eating the flakes I put in for them. So I tried some frozen shrimp(of course I waited until it wasn’t frozen anymore to put it in), but they don’t seemed to be eating that either. The fish have been in the tank for about 2 days now. Are they just getting used to the tank and will eat later? What should I do, why aren’t they eating?
