Are these fish ok for a 20 gallon freshwater aquarium?

So after LOTS of research I have come to the point of choosing fish. I currently have a 20 gallon aquarium and all the supplies. (i.e. filter, heater, light) I would really like to add…
4 Glassfish Catfish
3-5 Glowlight tetras
3 Ghost shrimp
2 fancy guppies
Mystery snails
Maybe some Corydoras catfish

and I will not add them all at the same time, this would be like my master plan for the aquarium. But they would eventually be living all together. Suggestions are appreciated!! Is it overcrowded??

Is it ok to put a ghost shrimp, aquarium frog,or snail in a tank with A BETTA? Is it safe for both creatures?

I hear that the bettas will eat ghost shrimp but how will the fish react with a small aquarium tank frog or a snail? My betta “Albus” is very tempramental and lives in a one gallon aquarium. I need to know before I test his pride and limits before I end up killing the poor thing. Please help me!!!!!

Could this tropical freshwater community work?

For a 20 gallon aquarium, I want:
1 Dwarf or Pea Puffer
2 Male Guppies
4 Female Guppies
5 Platies
4 Ghost Shrimp
8 Neon Tetras
3 Panda Cory Cats
Are there any fish I shouldn’t get? I know this tank will be way overstocked, I am going to moniter my Ammonia very closely and stay on top of the water changes. I have made a shopping cart at an online aquarium supply store and just to let you know how well set up this tank will be, I even bought a refugium for the livebearer fry, of which I plan to give almost all away to a pet store nearby. It will be a planted tank with a piece of driftwood and a big rock. Will this tank work? Please answer!
Pea Puffers are the only freshwater puffers. They also need to eat snails to keep their teeth ground down so they don’t get too long.
Oh, and my mom and I order our fish from liveaquaria.com. great site, we have never had an order we weren’t happy with. And there’s no way they would label a fish incorrectly.
The pleco would eat the leaves off the plants.

Having trouble setting up a fish tank?

So i bought a 10 gallon aquarium with a filter and i filled it up with water and used some conditioner and i constantly go to get the water checked and each time i get told my ammonia is to high! so they told me to do partial water changes %15 each time once a day with conditioner so i did that for a week and a half and i went today to the pet store to once again get the water tested. and this time they told me my ammonia is worse along with my nitrate’s and all together it has been like 3 weeks i am very annoyed all i want is a fish tank. so today i bought a different conditioner called prime because i was told it was really good. so i was told this time to do water changes twice a week with conditioner. i have no existing fish in the tank and i want it to be freshwater with african dwarf frogs and bamboo shrimp and maybe some glofish. can somebody tell me what i can do to get this done

I’m looking for the perfect (small) pet fish, any suggestions?

I have a 1.5 gallon aquarium. It has a filter and light source but no heater.

My Betta of 3 years recently died and I’m looking for a good replacement. I was thinking a few Ghost Shrimp since I think they’re cute little things, or maybe a guppy (or 2), any small fish would be fine really. I’d rather not get another Betta (want something different) but I will if there are no other options.

I know the “ideal” set-up would be a larger tank but I don’t have much room in my apartment. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. If needed I am willing to upgrade to a 3-5 gallon though. Freshwater fish only please.
I forgot to mention, but I am willing to buy a heater. Along with anything else they might need to survive.
