Too much ammonia in fish tank?

I have a 30 gallon freshwater aquarium. It has two zebra fish, a silver dollar fish, a sunburst, two neon tetras, a guppy, a frog, a scissors tail and a cory cat in it. I do a partial water change almost every 10 days. I have had it set up for about a month now. I test almost every day for ph, nitrate, and ammonia levels. The ph and nitrate levels are great. The ammonia levels are always high though. I have four ammonia bags in the tank (to help control the ammonia). I feed the fish twice a day fish flakes. There is never any left after 5 minutes of feeding. I also give them a treat once a week of freeze dried brine shrimp cube. Why do you think the ammonia is always high? I have tried ammonia lock to help control the ammonia, but it doesn’t seem to be helping. I have two filters in the tank and both hang on the back. What do you think could be causing the ammonia problem? I also add aquaium salt with every partial water change. Any suggestions?

African Dwarf Frogs Feeding?

I just got two African Dwarf Frogs today and the salesperson at the pet store gave me bottom feeder shrimp pellets and Omega One freshwater fish flakes. I understand they eat bloodworms and brineshrimp but is this appropriate to feed them? I put some in the tank today (2 pellets and a couple flakes) and they swam right over them. I know they are getting used to their new home, but will they eat the food? And how long should I wait before taking any uneaten food out of the tank?

Thanks
As of right now I am unable to keep anything frozen, but would reptomin pellets work?
And the sales person at the petstore told me to feed them twice a day. But I have also heard only 3-4 times a week. Which one?
They have yet to eat. I got them on Sunday afternoon. I went out an got Reptomin and put a couple of small pieces in there today and yesterday. Yesterday one of the frogs put it in his mouth and spit it back out. Any more advice? I also ordered aquatic frog food online. It should be here in a couple days

Green Spotted Set Up Questions?

so today i bought a gsp (i have had to tank set up and ready for three days with the filter running and stuff to make sure it was clean and ready). I have a heater, filter, aerator, gravel, one fake plant, one castle rock hide thing, and stuff. So today i bought him from walmart (had to, they are the only place that sells them but he is very healthy he’s brightly colored) any yeah, he’s in freshwater but i just got home from the petstore and bought instant ocean salt and a hydrometer and temperature gauge all in one thing, but my question is how much salt do i put in? and how often and how do i do it? i have a 5 gallon tank (he’s the only one but im getting one more, i know its too small but in about a year or sooner im gonna get a 15). but yeah how much salt? and how often? and one more thing i feed him tropical fish flakes and shrimp brine, and five snails (but my petstore doesnt sell them or crabs, mollusks etc., they just gave me those for starters) so are there any alternatives to trim down its beak?
i just bought a small filter, and small everything, i can’t upgrade to a bigger tank, i literally just bought everything i need and spent so much…unless i can put all the old stuff in a bigger aqaurium, and do they make frozen snails?

Doesnt this seem expensive for a fish?

i won a betta fish at the carnival and i was researching the fish and the care of them, right now he is in a plastic fish bowl, and tomorrow i was going to petsmart to get a new tank and plants and food, i was on the petsmart website and saw that brine shrimp is like 15 dollars!! I am NOT spending that much money on fish food, my freshwater fish have been fine eating fish flakes there entire life, including the guppies that i bought prego and now they are all breeding with each other which im working on seperating them, but anyway cant betta fish eat fish flakes?
I need a really good reason to buy the 15 dollar fish food for them

I need an animal that will eat the fish flakes that fall to the bottom and get forgotten by my Zebra danios…?

What would you recommend?

I have a 22 gallon tank which has 3 zebra danios and 3 pearl danios. They are cold, freshwater fish.

What could I keep to eat up the leftovers (preferably some sort of shrimp)?

Also how much would that animal cost?

PS – I know I will still have to clean my tank!

Yeh, I don’t have much inside, I like it that way
