I have had alot of issues cycling my 45 gallon tall. The levels have gone crazy. after numerous water changes and a month of cycling. the levels are now almost in check;)
Ammonia: 0
Nitrites: WAY off the chart.
Nitrates: 20 or under.
How can i get the nitrites down. should I just continue water changes? its been up over a month. I thought i would have fish in it by now. How much longer would you say i have to go? its a 45 gallon tall , freshwater and will be used for tiger barbs/sunset platies/red cherry shrimp.
thanks
I have been adding API stress zyme and fish food. but stopped once the nitrites went crazy. in search of a real answer who doesnt just toss links up and hope for points. thanks
The tank is fishless cycling to the first answer. and all my other tanks are sensibly stocked and cycled just fine. get a life and get over yourself.
