I have a 20 gallon freshwater aquarium with 4 guppies (all males), 4 platies(all males), 4 albino cories, 1 gourami, a bunch of little snails, and 4 crystal red shrimp. Twice, i saw this little white squiggly thin hair-like worm thingy swimming around in my aquarium. It was about 2 cm long… I think it might be a nematode? Are there any other possibilites? Is it (watever it is) harmful? My tank is cycled, it has a heater, 2 filters, driftwood, cabombas, java mass, java fern, crypt and pygmy chain sword.
It’s more like 3 cm…that’s even longer than my shrimp, or just as long. It has no shape, just long and thin…
Ignore that last thing i said, I think they are 2 cm… or not? and I just found another one. It”s kinda cute actually. It looks like it’s trying to get out of the water and the other fish are ignoring it.
I have an African Clawed Frog, and I was just wondering who else has one. What kind of foods do you give yours? What kind of tank? Tankmates? Mine is an Albino, and is a female. Her name is Peace Out Hippie. (Hippie for short) She’s getting fat on Shrimp Pellets, and lives with several fish.
I have a 29 gallon freshwater planted tank with 3 guppies and 3 albino cory doras, 2 ottos, 3 ghost shrimps and 1 dwarf gourami. what kind of medicine should i use to cure ich?

I looked in my freshwater fish tank containing 2 black-skirted tetras, 2 albino sail fin mollys, 2 ghost shrimp and 1 neon tetra, and i noticed around one of my plants inside it these small white glue-like drops. none of these had any certain form, more like someone dropped small drops of glue in the tank. there are quite a few of these thing, all spread out along the plant. im guessing they are eggs from one of the fish, but to my knowledge both the tetras and the mollys are live birthing fish. any clues? O.o
No snails in the tank =p
