Hey, I had just bought some fish from Marineland and the guy there had suggested some foods for them and told me to only feed them just a couple pelets, flakes or 1 algea disk. He didnt say how often and I have no idea 
. The foods that I have are as follows.

On each of them it says to feed Three times daily. I was thinking one of each once a day to give them a variety of diet? He stressed very much not to over feed them and its really the last thing I wanna do. I want them to be as healthy as they can be

I forgot to add how many fish. I have 1 Emperor Pleco. 1 Bala Shard 1 Red Fin Shark 1 Albino Rainbow Shark and 5 Pictus Catfish
