What is the best way of feeding live bloodworms and daphnia to my tropical freshwater fish?

I have no problems with brine shrimp as they are lower risk and generally don’t carry any disease but what is the best way to clean daphnia and bloodworms before feeding or any other details?

  1. You simply net them out of their bag, rinse them under running water and put them in the tank. Do not worry that you are rinsing them under chlorinated water as it is such a small amount it will not affect water chemistry.

  2. you eat the fish. but seriously, we all know that clinton used to be president, but you should still just wash the worms first like the other guy done did said.
