Am interested on buying freshwater shrimp, but don’t know what direction to take, can anyone tell me the life range on this freshwater shrimps, would like to purchase some soon but would like long life range shrimp. thank you for taking your time for reading
im not sure about all freshwater shrimp but most of them only live 1-2 years

Indeed, most of them live only a couple years. Planetinverts.com has a lot of info on FW shrimp. Cherry shrimp and yellow shrimp are good for beginners, and will breed in a small tank.

anything smaller than 2 inches is about a year…
Flower shrimp about 2 years as they are 3-4 inches….
awesome shrimp…unreal colours…
there are super colorful little guys but at 10 bucks each hmmmmmm…
don’t under estimate a 40 cent ghost shrimp aswell….tons and tons of personality..
had one that did back flips of plants..
one i could hand feed
And one that would wrestle 4 inch fish for food…..
what a gladiator.
