    devein the shrimp
    make a batter

    BATTER RECIPE:
    flour
    water
    cornstarch
    egg (about 1-2)
    salt n pepper
*the batter should be a little thick like cream soup consistency so dont use too much flour (put on fridge for 10-15 mins it has to be cold when the shrimp is dipped.

after removing shell and deveining shrimp, dip it on the batter then on dried breadcrumbs and dip it in deepfryer in medium heat till it turns brown (not too brown.)

    enjoy :D

  5. 1) grab those premix flour batter for shrimp + banana fritters at the oriental market – plastic baggie thing.
    2) mix flour, cornstach, eggs, blk pepper, salt, some baking powder, & “cold” water. – water temperature is important in determining the crispiness of the deep fried shrimp. only use cold water.
    3) buy premix tempura flour in paper box thing from oriental market.
