It is called a fry trap (or something like that) and most pet stores that deal with fish will sell them. They are inexpensive and worth the money if you plan to breed fish in a community tank.

what are u going to feed the newly hatched shrimp? i dont think youll feed them enough for them to live in a breeding box. The baby shrimp will prolly swim through those holes as well
