If you mean one of each it would be fine, but glofish and white clouds are schooling fish, meaning 4+. They can survive alone or with other fish, but sometimes develop depression or lethargy. In a 6 gal you could do dwarf frogs easy, along with the shrimp. Fish-wise, you can have maybe 3-4. If you want schooling fish, you’ll likely need to sacrifice your want for the others. Except the shrimp, those little critters fit just about anywhere.
